At MOMMAZE, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return Policy is designed to make the process straightforward and fair.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Items that are personalized, custom-made, or intimate (such as breast pump accessories and hygiene-sensitive items) are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Gift cards and downloadable products are also excluded from returns.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@mommaze.com with your order number, contact information, and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Do not send your return before receiving our approval and the correct return address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. MOMMAZE is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return process.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
