  • If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Items and Fees

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error by MOMMAZE.
  • Custom or personalized products, gift cards, and downloadable products are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please notify us immediately at support@mommaze.com, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and photos clearly showing the damage or defect.
  • We will expedite a replacement or refund based on your preference.

Exchanges

  • MOMMAZE processes exchanges as a return followed by a new order.
  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
